York 3000 Power Station

The York 3000 Power Station is designed and manufactured in Canada. Designed for the home user looking to for a complete home gym solution it combines multiple weight training elements into one solid unit. The station is made from a durable coated steel frame weighing a sturdy 235 lb and is ideal for the home garage gym the station can be set up in multiple ways to provide a varied strength workout.

The freestanding bench has 10 backrest incline positions enabling both shoulder and chest press exercises. The barbell hooks and safety spot bars are easy to adjust to the correct height to ensure safe training. The bench includes a leg/arm curl unit that can be loaded with York 1″ Cast weight plates, and features quality padded foam rollers for comfortable training.

The Pec Dec helps develop the chest muscles whilst the Lat Pull Down helps develop upper body strength with a wide angled bar catering for both wide and narrow grip exercise variation. With the bench moved away the low row pulley can be used and the rack used as a squat station.

The hard wearing vinyl upholstery is easy to clean after your strength sessions. The station uses 1″ Cast weight plates and barbells.

As you develop your strength you can add more weight to your set up. Two weight storage pegs are located at the back of the station making the unit easy to adjust to the desired workout load.
