📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Wire N Bead Artistry & Artistry Design and Printing

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days depending on item type and volume.

  • Custom and printed items require customer approval before production.

2. Delivery Options

  • Tootoolbay offers flat-rate delivery of $50 anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago.

  • We also offer in-store pickup.

3. In-Store Pickup

  • We offer free in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders.

    To use the in-store pickup option on Tootoolbay, customers MUST select the following during checkout:

    Payment Method: Cash on Delivery 

    Delivery Option: Local Pickup


    This ensures that the system processes your order correctly and prevents automatic delivery charges.

    Pickup Requirements:

  • Pickup and payment must be completed within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders not collected within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled and restocked.

  • Customers may request an extension in writing (WhatsApp or email).

  • If the extended pickup time is missed, the order will still be cancelled.

4. Inspection Upon Pickup

  • Customers must inspect items when collecting in-store.

  • Once the item leaves the store, it is considered accepted and in good condition.

5. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Wrong address provided

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Unforeseen events (Force Majeure)

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery and contact information.

  • Additional fees may apply if the courier must redeliver.

  • No refunds will be issued for failed delivery due to incorrect information.

7. Product Variation Disclaimer

  • Colours, finishes, textures, and sizes may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer variations.

  • These minor variations are not defects.

1. Standard Refund Method

  • We issue store credit or exchanges only for approved returns.

  • Cash refunds are not standard and may be granted only at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items

The following cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged:

  • Custom-made items

  • Personalized items

  • Printed items (shirts, stickers, banners, stationery, etc.)

  • Digital items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, alterations, or odors

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours

  • Photos/videos must be provided

  • Once verified, we will provide:

    • exchange,

    • store credit, or

    • replacement
      depending on availability

  • All issues must be handled directly with us, not Tootoolbay.

4. Payment Verification

  • Orders paid via bank transfer are processed only after payment is confirmed.

  • Fake or altered deposit slips will result in automatic cancellation and may be reported.

5. Store Credit

  • Valid for 90 days.

  • Cannot be converted to cash.

  • May be used on multiple orders until the balance is depleted.

6. Pricing Errors

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or stock errors before fulfilling orders.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of:

  • delivery, or

  • in-store pickup

Returns requested after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • be unwashed and unaltered

  • be in original packaging

  • include all pieces, parts, and accessories

  • be free from odors, stains, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

3. Custom & Printed Orders

  • Customers must approve final artwork before printing.

  • Once approved, no cancellation, refund, or exchange is allowed.

  • Customers are responsible for checking spelling, colours, layout, and image quality.

4. Order Changes

  • Modifications are only accepted before processing begins.

  • Once processing starts, changes are not guaranteed.

5. Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • suspected fraud

  • invalid payment

  • invalid pickup details

  • non-collection within required time

  • pricing or listing errors

  • duplicate orders

6. Customer Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation before processing begins.

7. Safety & Use Disclaimer

  • Some craft tools may pose a risk if handled improperly.

  • We are not liable for injuries, damages, or misuse of products.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to deliver or delays caused by events outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property
