Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Where we deliver. We deliver within Trinidad and Tobago through the delivery arrangements Tootoolbay provides for its stores. We do not currently ship outside Trinidad and Tobago from this store.

Dispatch time. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 to 2 working days of confirming them. You can order at any time, day or night; orders placed outside our dispatch hours are processed the next working day.

Delivery time and cost. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and depend on your area and the delivery option. Times are estimates, not guarantees, unless we state a firm date.

Pick-up. We do not offer store pick-up through this online store; orders are delivered. You are welcome to shop in person at Shops of Arima, MovieTowne or The Falls at West Mall.

Risk and ownership. The goods are at our risk until delivered to you; you own them once you have paid in full and received them.

Checking your delivery. Please check the parcel on receipt. If it is damaged or items are missing, tell us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Failed or late delivery. If we cannot reach you after two attempts the order is returned to us and we will contact you to re-arrange; re-delivery may be charged. If an order is seriously late, you may cancel it and we will refund you in full.

Correct address. Please give a full and accurate address and a working phone number; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Faulty, damaged or wrong items. If an item arrives damaged, defective, not as described, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We will, at your choice where the item is faulty, replace it or refund the price, and we will cover the return cost. This sits on top of your rights under the Sale of Goods Act, which are not limited by this policy.

Change of mind. The law does not require us to take back goods you simply no longer want, and we do not offer change-of-mind returns as standard. If you contact us within 7 days of delivery about an unused, unopened item in its original packaging, we may at our discretion accept it back as a goodwill gesture. Any such return is at your cost.

Items we will not take back for change of mind. Opened or used stationery and art supplies, personalised or custom-order items, and clearance or discounted items (sold as they are, apart from faults). This does not affect your rights for faulty or wrongly described goods.

How to return. Email shocknstock.orders@gmail.com or call a branch: Shops of Arima 643-5962, MovieTowne 610-7323, The Falls at West Mall 610-7788. We will confirm the return address, or you can bring the item to any of our branches. Keep proof of postage.

Refund timing. We aim to refund within 7 to 10 working days of receiving and checking the item, to your original payment method. Bank and card timing is outside our control.

Exchanges. You may exchange an eligible item for another of equal or higher value; pay any difference.

Costs. Any cost you bear when goods are sent back for repair, inspection or return is as stated in this policy.

If we disagree. Contact us first. You may also contact the Consumer Affairs Division of the Ministry of Trade and Industry (tel. 868-623-2931 to 4, email info@mtti.gov.tt), or take a claim to the Magistrates' Court. Tootoolbay's own returns and refund terms for marketplace orders also apply.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before we dispatch it by emailing shocknstock.orders@gmail.com or calling one of our branches; we will refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy applies.

We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we correct an obvious pricing error we will tell you and let you confirm or cancel before we ship.

Questions or complaints: our online store takes orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Email us and you will get an automatic acknowledgement and a reply from our team within 12 hours.
