TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. In these conditions the following definitions shall apply:

• “Seller” means Elysian Shopping Palace
• “Buyer” means the purchaser and/or it's agent and/or it’s representative
• “Goods” means the products purchased or to be purchased.

2. The signing of the Seller’s cash bill/delivery note or the acceptance of the goods by the Buyer shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

3. The goods shall be checked thoroughly by the Buyer at the time of delivery.

4. After delivery no goods sold are returnable for cash.

5. The Seller reserves the right to only exchange Goods within seven (7) days of purchase, to which the Buyer must provide valid receipt of the transaction. All returned Goods must be in a good, clean, resalable condition without defacing marks, stickers or security devices.

6. Sale/clearance items are not eligible for exchange once received in good condition.

7. No cash back/cash refund on lay away/ balance parcel items.

8. In any event, the Seller shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be liable for any consequential loss or damage to the Goods however caused.

9. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
