Velumiratio operates as a small, independent atelier. Each fountain pen is cast, finished, and inspected by hand, and shipping is handled with the same care as the making.
ll orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
We ship from Trinidad and Tobago via standard postal services.
Estimated delivery times:
Local (Trinidad & Tobago): 3–7 business days
Tracking will be provided when available.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of each Velumiratio fountain pen, all sales are final. Every piece is unique, made with intention and care, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will do my best to offer a solution.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, crafting begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns / Exchanges: Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of Velumiratio fountain pens, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos. I will work with you to find a solution.
