Shipping Policy
Items purchased during sale will be subject to a restocking fee if the item is returned due to customer not liking or wanting the item .
Returns/ Excanges will only be accepted once items were not damaged by customers or if its not returned in original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds do not include delivery fees.
All items come with a 7day and/or a 1 month warranty depending on the item.
Any hair/wig/extension purchased and used by customers will not be accepted as a return or exchange or refund.
