If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 (one) week of delivery date to arrange exchange of your unused item(s). The item’s receipt and original packaging are required for all exchanges.

The customer also has the option to receive a store credit for the full value of the purchase to be used at a later time.

If you would like to return an item for money back please be aware that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.

You may return items to any Modern Caribbean Enterprises Limited, in person (for local purchases), for an exchange or refund within 7 (seven) days of reception. Please be sure to have the original sales receipt and packaging at the time of your visit.

Modern Caribbean Enterprises Limited will not assume transport charges for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased online or by phone.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping fees still apply.
