Wire N Bead Artistry & Artistry Design and Printing

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days depending on item type and volume.

• Custom and printed items require customer approval before production.

2. Delivery Options

• Tootoolbay offers flat-rate delivery of $50 anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago.

• We also offer in-store pickup.

If you would like a cheaper shipping option based on you location from our other Delivery Provider Odeliver, follow the folowing steps;

Select the following during checkout:

Payment Method: Cash on Delivery 

Delivery Option: Local Pickup

Send us a note during checkout that says "CHEAPER DELIVERY" and we will send you an invoice for delivery based on the delivery address you have provided. 

If normal delivery is chosen during checkout you will be charged $50 flat rate for Tootoolbay delivery. This cannot be changed after checkout your entire order will need to be cancelled and redone.

If items are purchased from multiple stores on Tootoolbay.com this workaround will not work as it will cause confusion. ONLY DO THIS WHILE SHOPPING AT Wire N Bead Artistry & Artistry Design and Printing

3. In-Store Pickup

• We offer free in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders.

  To use the in-store pickup option on Tootoolbay, customers MUST select the following during checkout:

  Payment Method: Cash on Delivery 

  Delivery Option: Local Pickup

  
  This ensures that the system processes your order correctly and prevents automatic delivery charges.

  Pickup Requirements:

• Pickup and payment must be completed within 24–48 hours.

• Orders not collected within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled and restocked.

• Customers may request an extension in writing (WhatsApp or email).

• If the extended pickup time is missed, the order will still be cancelled.

4. Inspection Upon Pickup

• Customers must inspect items when collecting in-store.

• Once the item leaves the store, it is considered accepted and in good condition.

5. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier issues

• Wrong address provided

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Unforeseen events (Force Majeure)

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery and contact information.

• Additional fees may apply if the courier must redeliver.

• No refunds will be issued for failed delivery due to incorrect information.

7. Product Variation Disclaimer

• Colours, finishes, textures, and sizes may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer variations.

• These minor variations are not defects.
