Shipping Policy
All shipping will be handled
by Tootoolbay.com courier service and will be in alignment with their
stipulated policies. All orders will be processed with 3-5 working days
(Monday-Friday, holidays not included).
Refund Policy
All items are inspected
before they leave our factory, however, if there are defects in the structure
of the item we will replace the item for you but you must return the original
with all the packaging. This exchange of the item will be only possible
if you immediately report the defect upon receiving the product. You can send
pictures to us to prove your case.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All late cancellations which
have already incurred courier costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
No returns of clothing items will be allowed at this time for the safety of our
clients, therefore we urge customers to check sizing before purchase to avoid
errors.
