Directions for use

  1. Replace 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of water with cool EZCast investment hardener and follow mixing instructions. Please note that mixing time will be reduced by about 10% depending on room temperature and mixing conditions.
  2. Store between 25°C-30C°.

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Customers should check their items immediately upon receipt to ensure it is not damaged, defective or incorrect. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect the customer should immediately contact AMARA’S GLOBAL TRADING at 1(868) 476-8585 to have it returned. 

Returns & exchanges are honored within 7 days from purchase. The item must be in its’ original sealed shipping package. Broken seals will VOID any refund. Receipt must also be presented.

If you are not satisfied with your item, AMARA’S will exchange within 7 days from date of purchase, for an item of equal or lesser value.  A re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted from any refundable amount.  Return shipping cost will be assumed by the customer as there are no refunds on delivery.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

Items that are warranted by AMARA’S GLOBAL TRADING must be returned together with proof of purchase to our retail outlet located at RRM Plaza, 51-53 High Street, San Fernando 600111, Trinidad W.I. Warranty periods are posted either to the right of the product image on the product page or in the description panel. Warranties may vary depending on the product.

 

WATCH WARRANTY (Please read carefully)

All watches come with a 60-day warranty except where otherwise stated. The warranty covers the battery and movement also known as the caliber of the watch ONLY and NOT the strap, bracelet, crystal, crown, clasp and any exterior part of the watch that may be exposed to external forces.

Warranty will be void if:

  • The watch is opened, or its’ movement or battery is tampered with by anyone other than AMARA’S   GLOBAL TRADING or AMARA’S JEWELRY or any of our agents.
  • If the watch shows signs of abuse or misuse or has had some force acted upon it that may cause its’ delicate internal parts to become dislodged or damaged in any way.
  • If there is an adverse reaction by the metal from creams, perfumes, beauty products or from the wearers body chemistry mainly from the secretion of bodily fluids which may be acidic or sulphuric in nature and may cause the watch to corrode or discolor in any way.

PLEASE NOTE

Water Resistant or Water Resist in relation to watches means the watch can resist splashes and droplets of water.

Waterproof in relation to watches means that the watch is able to be submerged in water to a certain depth which is usually written on the face of the watch and or the strap. Common depths vary from 100M to 20M.
