- Warranty Covers Manufacturer’s defects only.
- Each Item carries individual warranties that are outlined in their respective manuals.
- The warranty applies from the date of purchase
- Items under warranty must be checked by an authorized, reliable technician.
The warranty does not cover
- Expenses to make the item accessible for service
- Consumables e.g. bulbs, filters, burners or cosmetic parts
- Food loss due to appliance failure
- Damages caused by improper installation or use of the appliance.
- Accessories not supplied in the factory packaging
- Service calls to correct installation or calls to demonstrate the workings of the appliance
- Rusting which has been determined to be caused by improper care and maintenance.
- Accidents, fires, floods or acts of God.
Warranty is voided if:
- Original model and serial numbers have been removed, altered, defaced or are illegible
- The item has been tampered with or serviced by unauthorized personnel
- The product is used in any way other than the purpose it was designed for.
- Malfunctions caused by voltage fluctuations and improper installation.
Returned items must be in original packaging and not defaced in any form. Original Invoice Must Be Included. No partial refunds will be accepted. All claims against defective items must be made within 14 DAYS of purchase. No Refunds & exchanges are acceptable on selected items. A&S Logistique Mondiale Ltd. reserves the right to refuse replacement or credit, if it is deemed that the product became defective while in the customer’s possession, due to reasons such as, but not limited to: Improper handling/storage or customer neglect. **Payment is due and payable in the Terms listed. Accounts not paid within the specified Terms are subject to interest chargers at a rate of 5% monthly. A&S Logistique Mondiale Ltd reserves the right to repossess all or any of the goods at any time before full payment is received. Warranty Claims on ALL Products must be returned to our head office where you will be given a Warranty Return Form to record the item being returned and issued to the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for any damages incurred when or during the Buyer’s possession. The item/s will be taken through Troubleshooting within 10 working days. Upon determination of the fault being classified as a Manufacturer Defect’, A New Replacement or Replacement parts will be issued. If deemed as a result of the Buyer’s neglect, damages, burnt, abused or misused, the warranty becomes VOID.
