Items shipped will be delivered within five (5) business days to the customer. Exceptions to this shipping policy may include but not limited to severe weather, instances of unrest, any other situation which may result in the closure of business activity such as government regulations & natural disasters.
Refund Policy
True Vine Christian Gifts and Books value you as a customer. Should you need to return or exchange your order, we're here to help.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or refund with a restocking fee of 10%.
Store credit will be given for online purchases valid for 2 months from date of the return of the item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

- Telephone contact
- The product(s) you wish to return / exchange and the quantity
- Date of purchase
- The reason for your return / exchange
- You will be contacted within three (3) business days to follow-up on your return / exchange. All exchanges, returns or refunds will be completed within fourteen (14) business days from you being contacted about the exchange, return or exchange.
- You will cover the delivery cost for exchanges and returns.
- You may wish to return/ exchange at our physical location.
- Any balances owed or due, as a result of price differences will be paid or due at the time of pick-up or exchange. If the buyer has a balance owed, it will be paid by at the time of pick-up or exchange.
