We will deliver your products through this site in at least seven (7) business days for products available and in stock. For special order items these will be identified as requiring ' PRE-ORDER' and may take at least 30 days to ship and be delivered to you. We promise during this time to keep in communication with you on orders being shipped up till the time of fulfillment. For us customers are like family and so we will serve you like family.

Refund Policy
Customers are encouraged to choose wisely when shopping online. The challenge of not physically seeing an item before purchase is a risk associated with all purchases. As such clothing sizes must be verified prior to the final choice being added to cart. Lana's Plus size Boutique undertakes to issue a credit note to all customer requests for refunds for exchanges of equal or greater value minus the difference. At no time shall there be a full monetary refund unless the item is returned within 48 hrs of purchase with full packaging and original receipt of purchase. Credit notes shall be issued if the item is returned after the second day of purchase.
Item must be in a resealable condition and must not have been used or damaged in any way. There shall be no returns of undergarments, leggings, jewellry, or make-up. Management holds the overall right to issue a credit note instead of a refund whenever it becomes necessary.
All Returns shall be done at the expense of the customer. Management does not hold itself responsible for any errors, omissions, losses or delays resulting from the Tootoolbay website or its agents.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancelled items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value using a Credit Note.
